Amanda Gregory is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Hull University Business School, University of Hull, UK, having previously held posts as Head of the Management Systems subject group for seven years and Associate Dean (Learning and Teaching) for three years. Amanda’s research has focused on complementarist and participatory forms of evaluation in the voluntary sector and the facilitation of community initiatives. She has been involved in a variety of projects including the facilitation of the decision making processes of a multi-agency working party, the evaluation of a student mentoring scheme, the appraisal of a community business initiative, the design of a poverty-proofing framework and strategy development with a local school.
